Jenn’s Story
As someone who didn’t grow up athletic, my fitness journey didn’t start until my senior year of college. At 21 years old, I was tired of feeling unmotivated and lacking any confidence in myself and in my body. I was ready for change in my habits and lifestyle.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve tried it ALL — doing only cardio, following pilates videos on Youtube, participating in online fitness challenges, learning how to track macros, exploring weightlifting, doing HIIT workouts everyday… If there was one thing I wasn’t scared of doing, it was trying new things!
After the pandemic, I found myself back at square one; I completely fell off my workout routine, and gained a ton of weight. I was the heaviest I’ve ever been, and realized I needed extra help and guidance to help me move in the right direction towards my fitness goals. In 2023, I decided to hire an online coach who would personalize my workout programs and help me build a better relationship with food. After a year of working with her, I rediscovered my passion for fitness, and was able to transform both my physique and my mindset for the better.
With my experience in my own fitness journey and in working with other coaches, I decided that I wanted to help guide other women in their fitness journeys as well. I passed my NASM personal trainer exam in 2024, and launched Journey With Jenn shortly after.
My approach to fitness is centered around balance, consistency, and sustainability. I believe in creating personalized workout plans that are both challenging and achievable, tailored to your unique goals and fitness level. Fitness is not just a destination; it's a lifelong journey of self-improvement and empowerment. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, or improve your overall health, I'll be here to guide you every step of the way.
As your online coach, I'm here to support you in your journey to becoming your best self both mentally & physically. I started my fitness journey 10 years ago as a complete beginner, so I know what it's like to feel lost & experience setbacks. As your coach, I will help guide you in the right direction towards gaining strength at the gym and building sustainable habits for a healthier lifestyle.
